N.A.E.T.
Dr. Devi Nambudripad developed Nambudipad’s Allergy Elimination Technique or N.A.E.T. as a result of her search for personal relief from allergies. Using her understanding of the Oriental meridian system and modern kinesiology, she developed a protocol for dealing with allergies that is safe and noninvasive.
The meridian system is the same one used in acupuncture. Kinesiology is the process of applying pressure to a muscle group (muscle testing) to assess its strength while one touches a substance or holds a thought. Usually the arm is used for this.
Muscle testing is used to determine which substances weaken the immune system. After testing, the sensitivity to the substance is treated using acupressure. N.A.E.T. is used for food, respiratory, and environmental allergies.
N.A.E.T. is mostly a gentle relaxing technique. Because it is painless and noninvasive it is often used on children. N.A.E.T is well known in California where it is know to be an immune enhancing technique effective for allergies. Acupuncture may be used with N.A.E.T. Some patients prefer this to acupressure.
Kathleen received her N.A.E.T. training in California from Dr. Nambudripad. She has taken several seminars on N.A.E.T. at Dr. Nambudripad’s Los Angeles clinic. Kathleen will be happy to evaluate you to determine whether N.A.E.T., Chinese herbal therapy, or acupuncture is the best way to deal with your allergies.
